Detailing can be difficult in Cities 2, especially without the steam workshop and mods being available. While we wait for Paradox mods or PDX mods, there is a way to detail, add props and plop buildings and that's by suing the Dev Mode for CS2. In this video, I'm giving a tutorial on how to set up Developer Mode, along with tips and tricks for using it. While we don't have Cities Skylines 2 mods yet, there are some mod like abilities you can access with this mode and hopefully this video can serve as a guide on how to use it. Disclaimer: Using DEV MODE can cause crashes and/or corrupt save files. Please use carefully, save often and don't be mad if something breaks.
