How To Make Clear Ice (My New Ice ball Press)

A short video sharing my experience to date with making clear ice adapted from the various videos on the internet and my thoughts on the new ice ball press I received for Christmas, from the Cocktail Kingdom. For those of you wondering, the ice used in the Ice Ball press section (in this particular video sequence) was regular ice. I think it's pretty obvious when compared to the clear ice that was demonstrated earlier, but to be "clear" the ice I used was from a 2.5" ice cube mould. I keep both regular ice and clear ice on hand. I also use ice that I've let freeze too long, in this case, you get a 3/4 clear section and frosted on the bottom. Either way, I don't waste the ice, and amazingly they all work in the ice press. Good Luck!
