Blue racer snakes have survived for thousands of years, but now they are endangered. The only home left for them in Canada is on Pelee Island. In this video Ryan Wolfe, a master’s student at UofT, shares his passion for the racer and explains how these snakes can benefit humans. But now they are the ones that need our help. If you are a landowner, or just visiting the island there are things you can do to help preserve this species. Funding for this project was provided by the Government of Ontario.
