canadian chamber appears before senate standing committee on national finance

On June 11, 2024, our Senior Director, Natural Resources, Environment and Sustainability Bryan Detchou and Director, Policy and Government Relations, Liam McDonald appeared before the Senate Standing Committee on National Finance to discuss Bill C-59. Representing over 400 Chambers and Boards of Trade and approximately 200,000 businesses nationwide, they voiced significant concerns about recent amendments to the Competition Act included in the bill.
