Where Does Dragonball Primal take place?? Well Episode 1 take place 5months before the Super hero arc. while Episode 2 takes place 2weeks after the Super hero arc. that's why You see Goten and trunks aged up. As for The SSJ4 form? "why did it win agent's Death if ssjb is stronger" Well while Ssjb is stronger Vegeta and goku already having G ki that would make Ssj4 a lot stronger with using it with ssj4.
