Former Iloilo mayor Jed Mabilog tells the House Quad Committee that he sought and was granted asylum in the United States after he was threatened by former president Rodrigo Duterte who tagged him as a narcopolitician. Mabilog said he was warned by a general that he would be killed if he came home, or that he would be forced to point to opposition figures as drug lords.
