Revitalize the Mind and Body with this Quick Yoga Workout (Stretch, Tone and Balance)

This is a short yoga workout(less than 20 minutes) that includes stretching, balancing, twisting, sitting poses and breathing. It is all your body will need to get a good workout and re-energize. The workout starts with some standing shoulder and back stretches and progresses to some balances(Tree pose and Dancer). We then do a series of Warrior Poses and Triangle poses which ends with Downward Facing Dog, Cobra Poses and Uttanasana. Back on the ground we do some more Downward Facing Dog stretches, Tiger curls, Bird Dogs and Cat to Cow moves. These moves are all good for warming up the spine and strengthening the core muscles. We finish with some sitting twists, side bends and forward bends. This Yoga session is completed with some pranayama breath work with the Extended Exhalation exercise. You will be guaranteed to feel toned, stretched, relaxed and energized after this workout.
