Angie (The Rolling Stones Cover)

Quite possibly my favorite song by The Rolling Stones, “Angie” (recorded in 1972 and released in August 1973), was the lead single featured on the album Goats Head Soup. It’s one of those songs… I can still remember exactly where I was when I truly heard it—it may not have been my first listen, but it was the first time I really felt it (if that makes any sense). Just a teenager, driving around with the windows cranked down in her old ’88 Dodge Dakota.
