The episode begins with Daya escaping a bomb blast in a tunnel as he tried chasing after the super villains goons. After almost catching the infamous super villain, CID gets back to work with a vengeance. The officers are called to investigate the mysterious death of a woman, who died from drinking Doodhi juice. After forensic analysis it is found that the juice was laced with snake poison. As Doodhi is a creeper plant it is possible that the vegetable was accidently poisoned by a farm snake. What looks like a case of accidental poisoning takes a surprising twist as CID finds that the victim in question was living under two separate identities, Naina and Devika. The case takes a bigger turn when CID finds, that the poison found is of a rare kind of snake, the Inland Taipan, found only in Australia. So how did the poison reach here and who is she? Was she accidentally poisoned? Or was she a part of a bigger corporate espionage? The cops try to solve the case while also looking for the villainous HD who has proved to be notoriously well informed about CIDs every move. As the officers look for HDs right hand man in Mumbai, they have no idea that HD is planning to make his next big move, the kidnapping of Dr.Salunkhe which will send shock waves through the team. Now CID has only one objective: to find HD and make him rue the day he threatened CID.
