Orca Medical Pool Desense Session - Inside Look at SeaWorld San Antonio - November 6, 2022

Kyuquot and Tuar were asked to go in, stay, and leave the medical pool as part of the husbandry themed Inside Look event at Orca Stadium! This pool is mainly used for exams and procedures and the whales have been trained allow the floor to lift on them, which allows vets better access to the animals. Inside Look is an event that happens at least once a year at all 3 SeaWorld parks featuring trainer talks and/or behind-the-scenes access for multiple animal departments, all included with admission!
