I just noticed that upon defeating the Scadutree Avatar holding the fragments of Miquella's Rune, all the golden amber in the entire arena fades into total darkness. (Additionally interesting that the form of Miquella's Rune is inside Rennala's Amber Egg gifted to her by Radagon, whose pure Golden impenetrable thorns seal the Erdtree).
