Blinken and UK Foreign Sec. Lammy in Kyiv discussing arms restrictions in Russia war

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy are both on the ground in Kiev, meeting with Ukrainian leaders to show their solidarity and their support. The two also met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as the war with Russia rages on about arms restrictions in battle as Zelenskyy is urging the restrictions be lifted.
