ભરેલાં રીંગણ બટેટાના શાક, બે રીતે, બે સ્વાદમાં, બે દિવસ સારું રહે | Bharela Ringan Batata Nu Shaak ===== Friends, today I am sharing two types of Ringan Bateta Nu Bharelu Shaak, Rasavalu and Suku shaak. These stuffed brinjal potato sabjis are best of the kathiyawadi cuisine and all time favourite, because it can be made anytime and it suits all occasions. Ringan Bateta nu Rasavalu Shaak is made using gravy of Indian spices and it is very tasty. Other type of dry ringan bateta nu bharelu shaak is made using dry Indian spices. This shaak can be used for two days and its way more tastier. I like both these recipes and taste of these sabjis. To make it tastier I used more oil here, you can make it with less oil also with compromised taste and texture. I recommend both these recipes to try at home. ===== INGREDIENTS RASAVALU SHAAK 8 no. small size potatoes & brinjal each 2 no. freen chilies (हरी मिर्च) 12-15 no. peanuts (मूंगफली) 1 tsp white sesame seeds (सफ़ेद तिल) 1 tsp coriander cumin powder (धनिया जीरा पावडर) ¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर) 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) ½ tsp amchur powder (आमचूर पावडर) ½ tsp garam masala powder (गरम मसाला पावडर) 2 tsp sugar (चीनी) Chopped coriander leaves (हरा धनिया) 2 tsp paste of ginger green chilies and garlic ¾ tsp salt (नमक) 3 tbsp oil (तेल) ½ tsp mustard seeds (राय) ½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा) A dry red chilli (सुखी लाल मिर्च) ¼ tsp hing (हिंग) Gravy of 2 tomatoes (टमाटर की ग्रेवी) ¾ cup water (पानी) DRY SHAAK 2 tsp dry coconut powder (सूखे नारियल का पावडर) 1 tsp crushed white sesame seeds (सफ़ेद तिल) 1 tsp paste of ginger, green chilies (अदरक, हरी मिर्च की पेस्ट) Chopped coriander leaves (हरा धनिया) 1 tsp coriander cumin powder (धनिया जीरा पावडर) ¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर) 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) ½ tsp garam masala powder (गरम मसाला पावडर) ¾ tsp salt (नमक) ½ tsp amchur powder (आमचूर पावडर) 2 tsp jaggery (गुड) 3 tbsp oil (तेल) ½ tsp mustard seeds (राय) ½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा) ¼ tsp hing (हिंग) A dry red chilli (सुखी लाल मिर्च) Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ते) Chopped coriander leaves (हरा धनिया) ===== Please do try this recipe and convey your valuable feedback in the comment section below.
