He discusses how Allah loves people who are disciplined and how the Muslims lost at Uhud due to their lack of discipline. The Surah mentions the Tasbeeh of Allah and Ustadh Nouman elaborates that the ultimate form of Tasbeeh is our prayer. Ustadh also discusses three types of people that were in Madinah at the time of Prophet ﷺ. The first type were the Sabiqoon, the foremost in faith and action. The second type included those who felt motivated when in the company of companions like Abu Bakr (RA) or Omar (RA), but when they were with the hypocrites (Munafiqoon), they felt that Islam was a burden. The third type were the Munafiqoon themselves.
