10 MEGAPIXEL VS 47 MEGAPIXEL - Leica M8 vs Q2 Monochrom

Leica M8's 10 Megapixels VS Leica Q2 Monochrom's 47 Megapixels. Do megapixels really matter? If so, how much? I set out to compare the image quality of the Leica M8 to Hasselblad's X2D (100 Megapixels) but unfortunately I forgot the camera strap for the Hasselblad. Luckily, I had my Q2 Monochrom so I was able to still make a comparison video. Many people say that the Black and White images out of the M8 look like the images out of Leica's monochrome sensor camera's. We'll do some side by side comparisons in this video along with a little bit of pixel peeping.
